For those with good walking abilities, an hour-long beach hike reveals secrets of the shore and ideas that people can pursue to enjoy the beach on their own. More energetic people might enjoy the 2 ½-hour guided hikes in nearby State Parks. WILDWAYS WALKING TOURS are conducted by Dr. Pat Foster-Turley and can be tailored to fit your group's size, desires, abilities and ages. Here are some Walking Tours to choose from:	Pat will tell you about whatever wildlife we encounter along the way... in a personal, informal style that makes it fun for everyone! Learn more about the NE Florida and SE Georgia wild environs, as you hike along the trails. We'll explore salt marshes, maritime hammocks, freshwater ponds and ocean beaches. Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a small day-pack, bottled water and a snack if desired. Don't forget your camera!

Beach Walks: explore the shorelines of Amelia and nearby barrier islands; learn about dolphins, birds and other sea life. Walks in the Woods: nature hikes in Florida's Talbot Island State Park or Fort Clinch State Park. Great Florida Birding Trail: motor tour to special birding spots, with time for hiking. Natural & Human History: motor tour of Florida's nearby Fort George Island; history and nature walks. Okefenokee Adventure: motor and boat tour of the Okefenokee Swamp, guided by Pat who has intimate knowledge of this amazing area of SE Georgia.
